Provisions Binding on Company’s Successors. All covenants and agreements in this Supplemental Indenture by the Company shall bind its successors and assigns, whether so expressed or not. All covenants and agreements in this Supplemental Indenture by the Trustee shall bind its successors and assigns, whether so expressed or not.

Provisions Binding on Company’s Successors. All covenants covenants, and agreements in this First Supplemental Indenture by the Company parties hereto shall bind its their respective successors and assigns, whether so expressed or not. All covenants assigns and agreements in this Supplemental Indenture by inure to the Trustee shall bind its benefit of their permitted successors and assigns, whether so expressed or not.
