Provisions Binding on Successors. All the covenants, stipulations, promises and agreements in this Indenture contained by or on behalf of the Company or the Guarantor shall bind their respective successors and assigns, whether so expressed or not.

Xxxxxxx but are made and intended for the purpose of binding only the Trust Estate.
