Borrower represents and warrants that Borrower owns all of the General Intangibles in which Borrower grants Bank a Lien, free and clear of any Liens in favor of any person other than Bank. Borrower will preserve all patents, trademarks, copyrights and the like which are necessary or useful for the conduct of its business.
