Provisions Concerning Resolution of Disputed, Contingent, and Unliquidated Claims and Claims Payable by Third Parties. The Plan will contain usual and customary provisions for resolving disputed, contingent and unliquidated claims and claims payable by third parties, including (to the extent appropriate) provisions consistent with the terms contained in the Confirmed Plans.
