Common use of Provisions contrary to Provisions of Law Clause in Contracts

Provisions contrary to Provisions of Law. Any article, section, subsections, subdivision, sentence, clause, or phrase of these Bylaws which is contrary or inconsistent with any applicable provisions of law, will not apply so long as such provisions of law remain in effect, but such result will not affect the validity or applicability of any other portions of these Bylaws, it being hereby declared that these Bylaws would have been adopted and each article, section, subsection, subdivision, sentence, clause, or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more articles, sections, subsections, subdivisions, sentences, clauses, or phrase is or are illegal.
