Provisions Cumulative. All provisions of this Agreement relating to the dissolution, liquidation, and termination of the Partnership shall be cumulative to the extent not inconsistent with other provisions herein; that is, the exercise or use of one of the provisions hereof shall not preclude the exercise or use of any other provision of this Agreement to the extent not inconsistent therewith.
