PROVISIONS EXCLUDED. 11.01 It shall not be a violation of this Agreement, nor shall it be cause for discharge or disciplinary action against any individual projectionist, nor a grievance against the Union, if any projectionist employee refuses to go through or work behind any lawful labour-related "picket line", including a picket line at the Society's place of business.
