Provisions for Debt Securities in temporary form. Until Debt Securities of any series in definitive form are ready for delivery, the Company and the Guarantors may execute and, upon the Company’s request in writing, the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent shall authenticate and deliver, in lieu thereof and subject to the same conditions, one or more printed or lithographed Debt Securities in temporary form, substantially of the tenor of Debt Securities of the same series, without a recital of specific redemption prices and with such other appropriate omissions, variations and insertions, all as may be determined by the Board of Directors. Until exchanged for Debt Securities of the same series in definitive form such Debt Securities in temporary form shall be entitled to the benefits of this Indenture. The Company and the Guarantors shall, without unreasonable delay after the issue of Debt Securities in temporary form, prepare, execute and deliver definitive Debt Securities of the same series to the Trustee, and upon the presentation and surrender of Debt Securities in temporary form, the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent shall authenticate and deliver, in exchange therefor, Debt Securities of the same series in definitive form for the same aggregate principal amount as the Debt Securities in temporary form surrendered. Such exchange shall be made by the Company at its own expense and without any charge therefor.
