Provisions of Agreement severable. If any provisions of this Agreement or any other Transaction Document is, or becomes, invalid, unenforceable or illegal, in whole or in part, under the laws of any jurisdiction, such term or provision or part shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of this Agreement or the relevant Transaction Document (as the case may be), but the validity, enforceability or legality of the remaining provisions of this Agreement or the relevant Transaction Document shall not be impaired.
