Provisions of Custodian Contract. The Custodian contract shall be upon such terms and conditions and may provide for such compensation as the Board of Trustees deems necessary or appropriate, provided that such contract shall include all such provisions that are required by, and shall otherwise comply with, the applicable provisions of the 1940 Act and the rules and regulations thereunder as in effect from time to time.
