Provisions of Indenture and Debentures for Sole Benefit of Parties and Debentureholders. Nothing in this Indenture or in the Debentures, express or implied, shall give or be construed to give to any Person, other than the parties hereto and the holders of the Debentures, any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Indenture, or under any covenant, condition or provision herein contained; all such covenants, conditions and provisions being for the sole benefit of the parties hereto and of the holders of the Debentures.
