PROVISIONS OF THE OPTION PLAN. The Options provided for herein are granted pursuant to the Option Plan, and said Options and this Option Agreement are in all respects governed by the Option Plan and subject to all of the terms and provisions whether such terms and provisions are incorporated in this Option Agreement solely by reference or are expressly cited herein. Any interpretation of this Option Agreement will be made in accordance with the Option Plan but in the event of any contradiction between the provisions of this Option Agreement and the Option Plan, the provisions of this Option Agreement will prevail.
