Common use of PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE TO OCCUPIERS/SUBSEQUENT PURCHASERS Clause in Contracts

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE TO OCCUPIERS/SUBSEQUENT PURCHASERS. That it is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligation arising thereunder in respect of the Said Apartment shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any and all Allottees/occupiers and/or subsequent purchasers of the Said Apartment, as the said obligations go along with the Said Apartment for all intents and purposes.
