Common use of Provisions Operative Between Lenders and Agent Only Clause in Contracts

Provisions Operative Between Lenders and Agent Only. Except for the provisions of Sections 9.2(5), 9.3(1), 9.3(3) and this Section 9.4, the provisions of this Article 9 relating to the rights and obligations of the Lenders or the Secured Parties, as the case may be, and the Agent inter se shall be operative as between the Lenders or the Secured Parties, as the case may be, and the Agent only, and no Obligor shall have any rights or obligations under or be entitled to rely for any purpose upon such provisions.
