Provisions Regarding Material Charges. The Client Agency shall pay for the costs of all Client Agency approved materials used at a project site provided: (1) The materials for which reimbursement is sought and any costs related to the use of such materials are authorized by and are in full compliance with all applicable requirements of this Contract. (2) The documentation submitted by the Contractor seeking payment for such material costs fully complies with all applicable requirements of this Contract; and (3) The Contractor has been and remains in full compliance with all applicable provisions of this Contract.
