Provisions Regarding the Abatement Accounts Fund. 1. State-Subdivision Agreement, Allocation Statute, and Statutory Trust Fund Provisions. A State-Subdivision Agreement, Allocation Statute, or Statutory Trust may govern the operation and use of amounts in that State’s Abatement Accounts Fund so long as it complies with the requirements of Section V.D.1 or Section V.D.2, as applicable, and all direct payments to Subdivisions comply with Section VII.E through Section VII.
