Provisions Relating To Individual Trustees. (a) Notwithstanding any other provisions of the Plan to the contrary, the provisions of this paragraph shall apply if one (1) or more individuals are named as Trustee(s) in the Adoption Agreement and shall not apply to any institutional Trustee named in the Adoption Agreement.
