Provisions Required of a Federal Contractor. If reasonably required by Distributor, MEC shall use its commercially reasonable Best Efforts to deliver to Distributor such warranties and/or representations in the form that MEC has customarily provided to Governmental Entities to facilitate sales by Distributor to Distributor’s Accounts requiring such warranties and/or representations. Such representations shall be in favor of such Governmental Entities and may include one or more or all of the following topics:
