Common use of Provisions Supplemental Clause in Contracts

The provisions of this Section 6 shall be supplemental to and not in derogation of any rights and remedies of the Agent or any Bank or any affiliate of the Agent or any Bank under any separate subordination agreement which the Agent or any Bank or such affiliate may at any time and from time to time enter into with the Guarantor.
