Provisions to be Severable. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of any such provision shall not affect the other provisions of this Agreement that can be given effect without the provision determined to be invalid, and to that end, the provisions of this Agreement are severable.
