Common use of Proxies and Other Materials Clause in Contracts

Proxies and Other Materials. The Custodian shall cause all proxies, if any, relating to Securities which are not registered in the name of a Fund, to be promptly executed by the registered holder of such Securities, without indication of the manner in which such proxies are to be voted, and shall include all other proxy materials, if any, promptly deliver to the Company such proxies, all proxy soliciting materials, which should include all other proxy materials, if any, and all notices to such Securities.
