Common use of Proxy Solicitor Clause in Contracts

Proxy Solicitor. If Sovereign requests and agrees to bear the expense thereof, retain a proxy solicitor in connection with the solicitation of Bankers shareholder approval of this Agreement;

Proxy Solicitor. If Sovereign requests and agrees to bear the expense thereofrequests, retain a proxy solicitor in connection with the solicitation of Bankers Waypoint shareholder approval of this Agreement;
