Common use of PRUDENTIAL TRUSTEE COMPANY Clause in Contracts

PRUDENTIAL TRUSTEE COMPANY. LIMITED whose registered office is at Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, London EC4R 0HH as trustee of the security constituted under this Deed for itself and the Beneficiaries (as defined below) in accordance with the Security Trust Deed (the Security Trustee, which expression shall include any person or company for the time being appointed as trustee or as an additional trustee of the security hereby created and any subsequent successors, transferees and assigns thereof).
