Common use of Prudential's Deliveries Complete Clause in Contracts

Prudential's Deliveries Complete. Prudential shall have delivered all of the documents and other items required pursuant to Section 6.4 and shall have performed all other covenants, undertakings and obligations, and complied with all conditions required by this Agreement, to be performed or complied with by Prudential at or prior to the Closing.
