PSA Approval Order; Disclosure Statement Order; Rights Offering Order; Plan and Confirmation Order. The Bankruptcy Court shall have entered the PSA Approval Order, the Disclosure Statement Order and the Rights Offering Order, and each such order shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Requisite Plan Sponsors. The Plan, as approved, and the Confirmation Order, as entered, by the Bankruptcy Court, shall each be in the form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Requisite Plan Sponsors, and the Confirmation Order shall be a Final Order.
