PSCW Regulations Control. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Servicing Agreement, the duties of the Servicer set forth in this Servicing Agreement shall be qualified and limited in their entirety by the Statute, the Financing Order and any PSCW Regulations as in effect at the time such duties are to be performed.
