Common use of PSL Contribution Amount Clause in Contracts

PSL Contribution Amount. Pursuant to Section 3.2(c)(iii) of the Development Agreement, from and after the Authority Catch-up Achievement Date until the Section 35(2)(b) Date, the Authority shall make or cause to be made on or before the [third] Business Day after the [22nd] day of each month a deposit of all then-available net proceeds of PSL Revenue Sales into the PSL Contribution Trust Account.
