Psychiatric Hospital Location Premium. Employees in classifications designated below whose principal assignment is to the psychiatric hospital shall receive additional compensation at a rate approximately five percent (5%) above their regular base rate for such assignment. This premium shall not apply toward paid time off or terminal payoff.
