Common use of Public Access to Information Clause in Contracts

Public Access to Information. The University shall continue to be subject to § 2.2-4342 of the Code of Virginia and to the provisions of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, Chapter 37 (§ 2.2-3700 et seq.) of Title 2.2 of the Code of Virginia, but, in all cases, may conduct business as a "state public body" for purposes of subsection D of § 2.2-3708.2 of the Code of Virginia.
