Public Access to Reports. Any data, information, or reports collected and prepared by the Contractor and submitted to NYS authorities in the course of performing their duties and obligation under this program will be deemed to be owned by the State of New York subject to and consistent with the requirements of Freedom of Information Law. This provision is made in consideration of the Contractor's use of public funds in collecting and preparing such data, information, and reports.
