Public Access to Reports. Any data, information, or reports collected and prepared by the Contractor and submitted to NYS authorities in the course of performing their duties and obligation under this Agreement will be deemed to be a record of the SDOH subject to and consistent with the requirements of Freedom of Information Law. This provision is made in consideration of the Contractor's participation in the MMC and/or FHPlus Program for which the data and information is collected, reported, prepared and submitted.
