Common use of PUBLIC ASSESSMENTS Clause in Contracts

PUBLIC ASSESSMENTS. Industry shall timely pay all compensation, assessments and levies required at any time by any public authority, entity, or person for the privilege of maintaining and operating the Track, and shall not cause or permit any liens to be filed against the Railroad Track or any Railroad property. In the event any such liens are filed, Industry shall cause such liens to be released within fifteen (15) days.

In the event any such liens are filedfiled as a result of action or inaction by Industry, Industry shall cause such liens to be released within fifteen (15) days.
