PUBLIC AUDITOR. This Lease is subject to l CMC § 7845. The Lessee shall provide, upon request of the Public Auditor of the Commonwealth all records and reports, and shall allow audit, inspection, access and the right to copy her books, records, documents, correspondence, and any other data and material relating to this Lease, to the Public Auditor, and do any other acts required under 1 CMC § 7845. This right of access, inspections, and copying shall continue until the expiration of three (3) years after the final payment under the Lease is made, or such other time as set forth in 1 CMC § 7845.

PUBLIC AUDITOR. This Agreement is subject to l CMC § 7845. The Operator shall provide, upon request of Owner or the Public Auditor of the Commonwealth all records and reports, and shall allow audit, inspection, and access to its books, records, documents, correspondence, and any other data and material relating to this Agreement, to the Public Auditor or Owner’s designee and do any other acts required under 1 CMC § 7845. This right of access and inspections, by the Public Auditor and/or the Owner, shall continue until the expiration of three (3) years after the final payment under this Agreement is made or such other time as set forth in 1 CMC § 7845.

PUBLIC AUDITOR. 19 This Lease Agreement is subject to Public Law No. 1-8, Chapter 6, Section 6. The 20 Lessee shall provide all information and reports, and allow audit, inspection, and access to its 21 books, records, and accounts relating to this Lease Agreement to the Public Auditor of the 22 Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Nothing in this Section shall be constructed so 23 as to authorize the Public Auditor to obtain information privileged by law.

PUBLIC AUDITOR. The Public Auditor of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands shall, pursuant to 1 CMC §7845, have the right to examine and copy any records, data or papers relevant to this Agreement for a period of three (3) years after final payment under this Agreement.

Related to PUBLIC AUDITOR

Accountants As of the date of this Agreement, the Company shall retain an independent registered public accounting firm reasonably acceptable to the Representative, and the Company shall continue to retain a nationally recognized independent registered public accounting firm for a period of at least three (3) years after the date of this Agreement. The Representative acknowledges that the Auditor is acceptable to the Representative.
Audit Notwithstanding any other audit requirement, H-GAC reserves the right to conduct or cause to be conducted an independent audit of any transaction under this Agreement, such audit may be performed by the H-GAC local government audit staff, a certified public accountant firm, or other auditors designated by H-GAC and will be conducted in accordance with applicable professional standards and practices. The Contractor understands and agrees that the Contractor shall be liable to the H-GAC for any findings that result in monetary obligations to H-GAC.
