Public Comments. The Parties and their respective counsel agree that when publicly commenting on the Claims that have been settled pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, they shall, amongst other things:
Public Comments. A. The favorable public reputation of MBBC are valuable assets and intangible benefits for MBBC. Accordingly, it is an obligation of Competitors to refrain from comments in public forums and social media or to the news media that unreasonably attack or disparage the integrity of MBBC tournaments, tournament officials, sponsors, and fellow Anglers Competitors are encouraged to express themselves and have the right to question the rules officials. Responsible expressions of legitimate disagreement with MBBC policies and decisions are encouraged, as opposed to attacks upon the integrity of the rules or officials. However, public comments that a Competitor knows, or should reasonably know, will harm the reputation of NEBCC, MBBC officials, MBBC members or sponsors, will result in disciplinary action.
B. Sponsor contributions will not be devalued by disputes or disagreements in public forums or social media platforms. Violation of this rule will result in participants permanent disqualification.
C. Publicly disputing any judgment decisions by a Tournament Director will result in participants permanent disqualification.
D. Any public dispute of final rulings, ongoing determination by judges or judging panel is grounds for immediate disqualification from the current Event and termination of any eligibility for future Events, even if previously qualified. This provision is not intended to discourage legitimate disputes but to ensure that a fair and unbiased approach is used, and the approved challenge and appeals processes are followed in determining the best possible outcome.
Public Comments. Each party agrees that it will use all reasonable efforts to confine the substance of any public comment, oral or written, that it makes regarding the disputes settled herein to the fact that a mutually acceptable settlement has been reached, without further characterization of either party's position regarding the disputes themselves.
Public Comments. Executive agrees that for the period of his employment and the period after his employment in which there exists any engagement between the Company and the Executive as a consultant, independent contractor, or consulting employee, Executive shall not engage in any discussions or interviews with any public official(s), industrial association(s), or media entity or entities, or their agents, regarding any of the industries described in Section 1.c of this Agreement or the Company’s businesses as described in Section 1.c., without advance written authorization by the Company’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and President and Chief Operating Officer. For the period of time described in this Section 12, Executive shall observe these restrictions as they may pertain to new businesses entered into by the Company and current businesses of the Company in which the Company no longer engages.
Public Comments. Members of the public asked questions regarding the size of residential units, the ownership model for future development, the importance of the Natural Heritage Site, and plans for Bus Rapid Transit nearby.

Public comments are particularly invited on: Whether this collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of functions of the FAR, and whether it will have practical utility; whether our estimate of the public burden of this collection of information is accurate, and based on valid assumptions and methodology; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and ways in which we can minimize the burden of the collection of information on those who are to respond, through the use of appropriate technological collection techniques or other forms of information technology.
Public Comments. The GLO will provide Anchor QEA with comments received in response to the Draft RP/EA posting. Anchor QEA will compile and organize the comments into related categories and summarize the content into discrete statements for GLO and Texas TIG review. Anchor QEA will document the number of comments received and the source(s) of each comment and cross reference the comments received with the corresponding summarized statements. Anchor QEA will coordinate with the Texas TIG to prepare draft responses to public comments. Anchor QEA will edit, organize, and finalize the responses to the comments. Anchor QEA will submit the written responses to the GLO for Texas TIG review.
Public Comments. The Parties and their counsel agree that they will not discuss publicly, either orally or in writing, any disputes or disagreements arising under this Agreement before the dispute resolution process set forth above is exhausted and an enforcement action is filed.
