Common use of Public Companies Clause in Contracts

Public Companies. Notwithstanding Section 7.1, nothing in this Agreement prevents the Executive from owning the issued shares of a corporation or the units of any publicly traded entity, the shares or units of which are listed on a recognized stock exchange or traded in the over-the-counter market.

Public Companies. Notwithstanding Section 7.14.1, nothing in this Agreement prevents the Executive from owning not more than five percent (5%) of the issued shares of a corporation or the units of any publicly traded entity, the shares or units of which are listed on a recognized stock exchange or traded in the over-the-counter market.
