Public Disclosures by Licensor. Except as provided in Section 8.5.4, Licensor may not make any subsequent press release or public announcement regarding the terms of this Agreement or any matter covered by this Agreement, including the Development or Commercialization of Licensed Products, without the prior written consent of Company.
