Public Disclosures of Data. Neither Party nor any of its Affiliates shall, except as may be required by Applicable Law in the reasonable judgment of such Party or its Affiliates and its or their counsel, publicly disclose data or results of Clinical Trials or Nonclinical Studies that have not already been publicly disclosed with respect to any Collaboration Molecule or Product (whether conducted prior to or during the Term of this Agreement), except as provided in this Section 13.5.
