Public Domain Software definition

Public Domain Software means computer software, and documentation for such software, developed by parties other than the Vendor but in respect of which the Vendor has and after Closing the Partnership will have the unrestricted right to incorporate into the Code and the User Documentation without royalty or other charge or obligation of any kind;
