Public Emergencies. The Employer agrees to provide employees who have permanent status and who are members of the Wisconsin National Guard or the Wisconsin State Guard, who are called into state active duty service to meet situations arising from war, riot, public emergency or are called into service to prepare for anticipated emergencies the right to elect to receive pay from the state pursuant to s. 20.465(1)(c), Wis. Stats., in an amount equal to his/her base state salary for such period of State active duty in lieu of the service pay, including allowances, the employee would normally receive as a member of the National or State Guard.

Public Emergencies. Lessee must comply with all local, state, federal orders, directives, regulations, guidance, advisories during public emergencies. Public emergencies include, but are not limited to, national, state and local security emergencies; public health emergencies and pandemics; evacuations; chemical spills; shelter- in-place alerts; severe weather advisories; boil water advisories; and roadway interruptions. A Lessee’s failure to comply with any local, state, federal orders, directives, regulations, guidance, or advisories during a public emergency shall constitute a breach of the Lease pursuant to Section 17 (Termination). The City shall have sole discretion in determining if Lessee is compliant with the above. If a public emergency is declared, the City will not be responsible for any expenses or losses incurred as a result of any public emergency.

The RESCUE agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the COUNTY or governmental entities on a “first priority” basis. Public Emergencies. 20.1 The Vendor agrees that before, during, and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, tornado, flood, or other acts of nature that the County shall require a “First Priority” for goods and/or services. The County expects to pay a fair and reasonable price for all goods and/or services rendered or contracted in the event of a disaster, emergency, hurricane, tornado or other acts of nature. Public sector bodies/EC should provide justification information to the data holder to explain why the data is needed, with specific protection for personal information. The Data Act does not specify how the user will be informed about the mandatory request made to a data holder. To ensure trust and transparency in the agricultural data space, it would be beneficial for a user, especially in the agricultural sector, to have the same level of information as the data holder through the justification information.
