Public Employees Relation Act. Pursuant to Section 503(6)(c) of the Code, the Academy shall comply with Act No. 336 of the Public Acts of 1947, being Sections 423.201 to 423.217 of the Michigan Compiled Laws. Organizational efforts and collective bargaining agreements, if any, with employees of the Academy shall be the responsibility of the Academy.
