Common use of Public Liability, Property Damage Insurance Clause in Contracts

Public Liability, Property Damage Insurance. Tenant covenants and agrees to maintain on the Premises at all times during the Term of this Lease, or any extension or renewal thereof, a policy or policies of comprehensive public liability and property damage insurance, naming Landlord and its Managing Agent as additional insured, with not less than $1,000,000.00 combined single limit for both bodily injury and property damage.
