Common use of Public Liability, Property Damage Insurance Clause in Contracts

Public Liability, Property Damage Insurance. Tenant covenants and agrees to maintain on the Premises at all times during the Term of this Lease, or any renewal thereof, a policy or policies of comprehensive public liability and property damage insurance with not less than $1,000,000.00 combined single limit for both bodily injury and property damage which policy or policies shall name Landlord, and its property manager, all as additional insured.

Tenant covenants and agrees to maintain on the Premises at all times during the Term of this Lease, or any extension or renewal thereof, a policy or policies of comprehensive public liability and property damage insurance insurance, naming Landlord and its Managing Agent as additional insured, with not less than $1,000,000.00 combined single limit for both bodily injury and property damage which policy or policies shall name Landlord, and its property manager, all as additional insureddamage.
