Common use of Public License Clause in Contracts

Public License. Developer agrees that if Developer makes New Intellectual Property available to the public, Developer will do so under the same terms that Developer licenses it to the Company under Section 6(h)(i)(B) (License to Company).

Public License. Developer agrees that if Developer makes New Intellectual Property available to the public, Developer will do so under the same terms that Developer licenses it to the Company under Section 6(h)(i)(B) 6.8.1.2 (License to Company).
