Public Necessity. PARTIES agree that the work performed pursuant to this Agreement is necessary for the health, safety, comfort, convenience, and welfare of all the people of the State, and is of particular benefit to the inhabitants of DISTRICT and the property therein.

Public Necessity. The Parties acknowledge that the public welfare, convenience and necessity require the service which is to be furnished by the Company.
Public Necessity. The City hereby declares that the payment of the TIF Subsidy outlined above is necessary to implement the Project Plan, and that the TIF Subsidy constitutes a TIF- Eligible Project Cost or other payment made at the discretion of the City Council that the City Council and the TIF Board finds it necessary or convenient to the implementation of the Oak Cliff Gateway TIF District Project Plan. The City further declares that the TIF Subsidy to be paid from the Tax Increment Fund shall not exceed the amount of the tax increment produced by the City and paid into the Tax Increment Fund for the District for activities that benefit the District and stimulate business and commercial activity in the District.

  • Pressing Necessity An Employee shall be granted leave without pay for pressing necessity. Pressing necessity shall be defined as a sudden or unusual occurrence that could not, by the exercise of reasonable judgement, have been foreseen by the Employee and which requires the immediate attention of the Employee.
