Public Nuisances Sample Clauses
Public Nuisances. Participants shall keep the premises in a clean and sanitary condition and shall not create or permit any unsightly conditions or offensive activity. Unlicensed, inoperable (this includes a flat tire) and/or wrecked vehicles or household appliances on the premises or common areas are specifically prohibited. The TDHE may monitor the condition of the unit through periodic inspections and drive-bys. A car must have a valid license plate or it will be considered a junk car and the Participant will be required to remove it from the property. The TDHE and/or the Tribe, in its sole discretion, may define and summarily ▇▇▇▇▇ any condition constituting a nuisance at the Participant’s expense.
Public Nuisances. A violation of this ordinance or of any order issued by the (municipality) under this ordinance shall constitute a public nuisance. The (municipality) shall have the authority to order any person causing a public nuisance to ▇▇▇▇▇ the public nuisance. In addition, when abating a public nuisance, the (municipality) may recover the expenses of abatement following the process for assessment and collection of a civil penalty contained in Section IX. Whenever the nuisance is maintained or continued contrary to this ordinance or any order issued pursuant to this ordinance, the nuisance may be abatable in the manner provided by this ordinance. Any person who causes the public nuisance shall be liable for the cost of abatement.
Public Nuisances. A violation of any provision of this ordinance, a wastewater discharge permit, or order issued hereunder, or any other Pretreatment Standard or requirement is hereby declared a public nuisance and shall be corrected or abated as directed by the Director of Utilities Services. Any Person(s) creating a public nuisance shall be subject to the provisions of the Town Code Title 3 and 4 governing such nuisances, including reimbursing the Town for any costs incurred in removing, abating, or remedying said nuisance. The remedy provided herein shall be in addition to any other remedy authorized by this Chapter.
Public Nuisances. Any violation of a provision of this Part and/or pretreatment standard and/or requirement, including the provisions of a wastewater discharge permit or order issued hereunder, is hereby declared a public nuisance and shall be corrected or abated as directed by the MTMA.
