Common use of Public Orders Clause in Contracts

Public Orders. That the Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, comply with all provisions of law, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the requirements of all federal, provincial and municipal legislative enactments, by-laws or regulations now or hereafter in force which relate to the conduct of the Tenant’s business, or the Tenant’s use of the Leased Premises (whether or not same shall require additions, improvements, changes or alterations to the structure of the Leased Premises), or to the making of any repairs, replacements, alterations, additions, changes, substitutions or improvements of or to the Leased Premises. The Tenant will further comply with all police, fire, health and sanitary regulations imposed by any governmental authorities or made by fire insurance underwriters, which relate to the Tenant’s use of the Leased Premises.
