You may perform the New Recording (and/or underlying New Composition) publicly (for example, in a live concert performance, at a festival, or in a nightclub), and even if people are paying to see you perform. Any recording of a live performance of the New Composition shall be subject to the same terms of this Standard License Agreement (i.e., and would qualify as a New Recording hereunder).
