Public Recognition and Acknowledgement. (a) Due acknowledgement of ECCC’s funding to the Land Trust shall be made, where appropriate, in the Land Trust’s communications products, such as publications, public information releases, advertising, promotional announcements, activities, speeches, lectures, interviews, ceremonies and websites.
