Public Relations Expenses. We will pay for any costs and expenses reasonably incurred with Us prior written consent when You engage the services of a public relations consultant for the sole purpose of protecting Your reputation that has been brought to question as a direct result of a Claim covered under this Policy, provided that: a) You notify Us within thirty (30) days of first being aware of Your reputation being brought into question and provide Us with full written details outlining the circumstances surrounding the event; b) The Company maximum liability for all such public relations expenses shall not exceed RM250,000 for any one Claim and in the aggregate under this Policy.
