Common use of Public Reporting Clause in Contracts

Public Reporting. Promptly upon the filing thereof, Borrower Representative shall deliver to Agent and each Lender copies of all registration statements and annual, quarterly, monthly or other regular reports which any Borrower or any of such Borrower’s Subsidiaries files with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as promptly providing to Agent and each Lender copies of any reports and proxy statements delivered to its shareholders.

Public Reporting. Promptly upon the filing thereof, Borrower Representative shall deliver to Administrative Agent and each Lender copies of all registration statements and annual, quarterly, monthly or other regular reports which any Borrower or any of such Borrower’s its Subsidiaries files with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as promptly providing to Administrative Agent and each Lender copies of any reports and proxy statements delivered to its shareholders.

Promptly upon the filing thereof, Borrower Representative Borrowers shall deliver to Administrative Agent and each Lender copies of all registration statements and annual, quarterly, monthly or other regular reports which any Borrower or any of such Borrower’s its Subsidiaries files with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as promptly providing to Administrative Agent and each Lender copies of any reports and proxy statements delivered to its shareholders.

Promptly upon the filing thereof, each Borrower Representative shall deliver to Agent and each Lender Lenders copies of all registration statements and annual, quarterly, monthly or other regular reports which any such Borrower or any of such Borrower’s its Subsidiaries files with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as promptly providing to Agent and each Lender copies of any reports and proxy statements delivered to its shareholders.
