Public Requests for Information. If Licensee is subject to chapter 42.56 RCW, Public Records Act, or any similar Act under its own jurisdiction, then to the extent consistent with chapter 42.56 RCW, Licensee will maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information provided under this Agreement. If a request is made for Confidential Information Licensee will withhold the information, notify DOL of the request, provide DOL with a copy of the request, and allow DOL adequate time to review the request and obtain a court injunction if necessary.
